Scott Nilsen has a voice that is warm and resonant, perfect for narration work. He can easily perform booming voice for announcer type voiceovers, and quick and witty for radio and TV commercials.

Scott can perform the voice of the guy next door, the "average Joe" and Everyman. He especially takes pride in his ability to perform quirky, smooth, and straight reads with equal proficiency.

When recently asked how Scott would describe his business philosophy he responded,

"My business philosophy is to develop long term relationships with clients that are mutually beneficial. I love what I do and I want that to be reflected in doing a quality job for my clients."

Scott started his career as a voice talent after more than a decade as a pastor. It was something he had been interested in but was hesitant to take the leap. Since he made the change to voice overs he has taken several voice classes at a studio locally, as well as a few on-camera classes.

One of Scott's most recent projects was providing ADR for an anime called Zegapain.
